Overview

I led the end-to-end redesign and expansion of the 1likte web experience, evolving the platform from a single landing page into a multi-page product website. During this process, the design direction was significantly reworked, with most of the original Figma structure being redesigned from scratch to better align with the product’s evolving vision. The primary goal was to create a more structured, scalable, and conversion-focused web experience while improving user engagement and mobile usability.

Key Contributions

• Full Design Implementation & Redesign Adaptation Transformed a heavily revised Figma design system into a pixel-perfect, production-ready interface. The visual direction was largely redefined during development, requiring continuous adaptation and implementation flexibility.
• Expansion into a Multi-Page Architecture Extended the original landing page into a structured multi-page website, adding new sections and pages to better represent the product, its value proposition, and user journeys.
• Mobile-First Responsive Experience Ensured a consistent and optimized experience across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices with a strong focus on usability and layout adaptability.
• Scroll-Based Interactive Animations Implemented custom scroll-driven animations, particularly in key sections such as the header and careers page, to improve engagement and create a more dynamic user experience.
• SEO Structure Improvements Updated semantic structure and metadata setup to support better indexing and future SEO optimization, even though performance metrics are not yet measured.

Technical Implementation

The project was built using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, following a modular and reusable component architecture. Framer Motion and custom scroll-based logic were used to implement interactive animations and transitions. Special attention was given to maintaining performance while introducing richer UI interactions. The architecture was designed to remain scalable for future feature additions and content expansion.

Challenges

A key challenge was adapting to significant design changes during the development process, where the Figma direction evolved substantially. This required frequent iteration and refactoring of UI components while maintaining consistency and stability. Another challenge was balancing animation richness with performance, especially on mobile devices, where scroll-based interactions needed to remain smooth and lightweight.

Outcome

The result is a significantly improved web experience that better reflects the 1likte product vision. The new structure provides clearer navigation, improved storytelling flow, and a more engaging interactive experience across both desktop and mobile devices. This foundation now supports future marketing efforts, product scaling, and continued UX improvements.
